Included in my morning N&O today was a price increase notice. They describe the subscription increase as "amounting to just pennies per day over our current rates". Actually "pennies a day" amounts to over 11 cents per day. I guess "pennies a day" sounds better than "11 cents per day" when you are selling. LOL! I had been expecting a price increase due to gas prices. So I will continue to subscribe. PS and now I get a free Smithfield Herald every Wednesday
I have been down to Sunday only for about 2 years. I don't have time to read the paper in the morning anyway.
That's all I wanted, but that wasn't part of the deal to get the Kroger giftcards. So, I got FSS and will switch to just Sundays after it runs out.
