Anyone know what happened on Raleigh Road? I went by there tonight and it looks like one family's white fence is completely wiped out. Hope everyone is ok
Word is that it happened relatively early Sun morning, a young girl ran off the road and wiped out a good section of fence, but AFAIK no one was hurt- other than her car + future insurance premiums!!! Kel
My neighbor rode by right after it happened. She said there were several young people in the car. Seemed like she possibly took the curve too fast. She also said one of them was bleeding pretty bad. From what I was told, it could have been a lot worse. My neighbor said those boards went right through the windshield when the fence was hit. They didn't stay because they didn't want to get in the way. As soon as the rescue pulled up they left.
