They've been out for a while. Kiddo eats them. This is where parenting and proper supervision kicks in...if you can't properly supervise your children don't buy'em or don't buy Legos.
The lego sets including small blocks (basically everything that isn't duplo) suggest that you should be 6+ to play with them. If you haven't figured out the difference between food and plastic at 6.. well.. The age suggestions aren't hidden. they're more obvious than they are on video games.
Yar, but i believe i have seen some in stores as low as 6. i just put that there as an example to show how clear the age limits are.
Yeah kiddo has been playing with Legos just like those AND eating Kellogs Lego gummies at least since he was 3.
