I just moved to the Cleveland area 10 days ago. I have no car since we only moved with one.
We are supposed to close on our loan tomorrow for the second car. We can't do that unless I get over to Clayton Insurance off Hwy 70 e TODAY.
My husband will not be home in time.
I called the cab company and Enterprise. The prices were close to insane.
I am willing to pay something if someone is willing to do it. I have 2 kids as well, which means I would need room for car seats. I know this sounds foolish, but I have no idea what else to do.

Would the insurance agent come to you? Just an idea.

We usually did all our dealing over the phone with insurance. They might allow you to do any in office work after you get the car if you explain it to them.
Just a thought. I'm on the wrong side of clayton to be much help....

I tried doing it over the phone. The bank is not budging. I am waiting for her to call me back to see if she will just let it go. She said she can't do the loan docs without the insurance binder. Give me a break.

If your current insurance is with Clayton Insurance, there is no reason that they can't add the car to your current policy over the phone and fax a certificate to the dealer. It is done all the time!! If you have to take out a new policy they will need a signature and the down payment.

It's the Johnston County Area Transit System. You call and set up a time and they send a mini van to pick you up and take you where you need to go.
