Ok since it was in Japanese I am not sure if I am doing it right!! But after it was over and it calculated it said 20... so is that my brains age? I think that means I have an immature brain!! (I will be 41 this week!!)
If you are really into it try the Nintendo DS Series "Brain Age" it will, if used show improvement with time. I have seen folks use it for therapy. It is in English and available wherever they sell DS games.
