I decided on my resolution over a month ago: I will continue to send out my novel to publishers. I will not let a single rejection get me down!

Our family has decided that we will exercise and play together more as a family.

It's a middle grades (ages 8-12...not "middle school") fantasy novel about a fourth grade boy who's good at nothing and, due to a rather big "oops" on his part, is responsible for saving the future.

I have many goals/resolutions relating to being better organized to make our home run smoother. I just need to find the time to do regular planning for household chores, menus, grocery shopping, etc... Unfortunately life always seems to happen and I always seem to be playing catch up with these tasks.

My big "resolution" is to reach my goal weight in 2009 (and stop paying Weight Watchers ) 136.8 lbs gone ... about 21 to go :) Perhaps I can make a resolution to find something fun to do with the $40 I'll be saving monthly by not paying WW.

NCmom - your organizational goal is my resolution as well. Just cleaning up my house, doing the odds and ends that never get done, cleaning up my attic, all that stuff is mine. Getting organized really is my resolution this year.

I had such a wonderful '08 (after a not so great '07). I think I will keep things just the way they are. I will try to live an even more healthier lifestyle than I already do. I am also going to try and see my parents more (since they are getting older).
