Sell my house for no commission, and take the commission from the house I would buy from you? I believe I read this on this board a while back. If you do this, or if this is a preposterous idea, please give me your thoughts. ps. I think my house would sell if I could take the 10-11 grand off for the realtors fee. pps... You could then get a commission from the house I buy from you, even if I only look at homes that you are specifically listing. Yea, I'm that motivated to sell.
