so jealous, usually been camping by now but just had to drop the truck off at Mike's Transmissions today and camping does not happen without the truck, wish me luck, hope it is nothing major.

We tried this place yesterday and it was soooo good!! We will definitely go back! The chopped BBQ and BBQ chicken were delicious, without any sort of sauce added and the sides were great too. A friend had the turkey and said it was yummy too.

Dined at The Pit last night, not our first time. We love the Baby Back Ribs. They are so tender and full of flavor. The full rack is enough for two. Their sweet potato fries are very good also.

Yes its the same guy. There was an article about him in the NC magazine. He is co- "owner" of the pit.

Been there a couple of times, what type of bbq place (with a bar) does not serve budweiser? It is the king of beers! I do not want a mango micro brew to go with my ribs.

It's the king of beers due to the fact that AB pushes so much money out there for advertising and prime store displays geared towards the people who drink beer. It sure isn't the King of beers for it's god aweful nasty taste.

I must have had a horrible waitress then, because she said they had bud light but did not have BUD!!

waitress said they did not have it as in they did not stock it. She was pushing more of what they had on draft. Who knows?

No big deal, the food was good. I will go back.

Nope.......More of a Miller Lite, Amstel, Dos XX Amber, Guiness, Fosters, Killians, Kirin, Sapporo, and Bud Light one day a week (Sunday's when it's on special) type guy.

Course then there is always the Crown and Mt. Dew that I drink as well.
