    Might be Hormel??

There is a brand of lunch meat in a plain brown box, not at the deli counter, but in the pre-packaged stuff, which is preservative free. That is what we buy, but I can't remember the brand name right off. You can only use it 3-5 days after opening, but its worth it to me.

Boar's Head might be, but I'm not sure.

It's Hormel...and it's in a brown/red box with all the other lunch meat. They sell a lot of different things that are nitrate and nitrite free...it's the only stuff I buy for lunch meat :)
