Hey, I looked on the website but couldn't find the info anywhere. So, how much is a football game costing to go see nowadays anyhow? My daughter would like to go & need to know the costs firsts. Thanks. Anyone know if the middle school charges to see a game? My other daughter wants to watch her friend cheer & just see a game. However, I hear they're on school nights... Thursday. How late do they go on for? One last question & then I'll stop--LOL. When I was in school (yes, I know...the olden days), they had a band booster club working the concession stands. Does it still work that way? We'd love to support bands here too. Yet, I'm not going to do something stupid either like pay $3 or so for a drink. Wanting to mainly know how much you all let your kids take. Budgets here are beyond tight so trying to let them do stuff w/out breaking the bank. And have fun. Thanks in advance for answering the questions. I just remember all the parents coming out to football games at the high school on a Friday night. Is it still that way here? thanks. Stephanie--mom to 7
The games cost $6.00. Middle school is hit or miss, some charge and some don't. I think most of them do now. I don't remember how much it is. I think the band or some group like that works concessions. The band at West travels a lot so they have to make lots of money. They do a 50-50 raffle during the games too. Drinks are about $1.00, candy is about the same. I think peanuts are $3.00. They sell sandwiches, hot dogs, etc also. None of it seems over priced to me.
Thanks for the responses! Looks like they'll be going to have fun wathcing some local games. We may tag along one day. Though I'm sure they wouldn't be caught dead sitting anywhere near us--LOL.
I cant help with HS, but MS is $4 admission, at least that's what it was last week The games run for about 2hrs and start at 4, except the last game, that one starts at 6:59, the home games are on a Thursday night.
