African Dwarf Frogs

Does anyone have experience with these? My 7 year old wants one (or two) and I am looking for feedback before we purchase. Also, does anyone have them in a tank with a betta fish?

 

I would get him a puppy.

 

I found they were hardly worth breading.

 

Our receptionist here at work has 2 on her desk. She named them Nut and Bolt. She also has a little snail in there named Washer. They are so much fun to watch! Sometimes they fight and it is hilarious. I like to watch them when they are asleep because sometimes they float up to the top and it startles them and they go spastic for a minute.

I want some of my own!
