Have you gotten one? (H1N1)

I am somewhat nervous about getting an H1N1 shot because I always seem to feel a little yucky for a day or two after getting the regular flu shot. Has anyone gotten one who usually has a slight reaction and is this shot better or worse? I can get one for free though so it seems like I should???

I've had both the seasonal and the H1N1. My arm hurt for a day or two after the seasonal, but nothing with the H1N1.

 

My whole family has had both seasonal and H1N1 with no adverse effects.
My husband swears he gets sick form the seasonal flu shot every year but had no problems with H1N1.

 

Same here. I never have any problems with flu shots.

 

We've all received the seasonal, but only son has received H1N1. He had the two nasal sprays about a month apart. No one felt sick from the shots. Son felt fine after the first nasal. The second one, he felt mildly fluish for about 6 hours the next day and then it passed rather quickly.

 

Actually saw a "street person" up here in DC holding that sign. I had to have a picture of it!!

 

DS2 got his this morning (the mist) and DH1 will get his this afternoon. I was against it at first because our pediatrician wasn't recommending it. She has since changed her opinion of the drug. ...I think the media is doing a fine job of worrying the tar outta me.

 

We have not, but DH is in bed sick today. Tiny bit worried but not overly concerned.
