Johnston County Department of Utilities had a water main break on Bizzell Grove Church Road late Monday night. An area in the Princeton-Kenly Water District and the south area of the Little River Water District distribution systems experienced no pressure. A boil water advisory is issued for this area until bacterial tests are completed, which are expected early Wednesday, July 7th. The area affected is north of Pine Level, northwest of Princeton, southeast of I-95, and includes the Town of Kenly. It does not include the Towns of Selma, Micro, Pine Level, and Princeton. According to WRAL, Smithfield lifted their boil advisory today. I don't know folks as iffy as their water seems to be, I would really consider switching to beer.
