I have a girls weekend coming up, and we're looking for new cocktails to try... The only requirements are no vodka based drinks and no brown liquor (think Jack Daniels/Whiskey). Other than that, we're open. So I'm just curious, what's your favorite drink?
Has always been the rum runner..My favorite dive bar in Florida before I moved up here was this little reggae place, so that drink still makes me feel warm and cozy!
I'm a crown/dew, crown/ginger ale, crown/dr.pepper type guy, but also like a good dirty gin martini as well.
why u be hatin vodka? :lol: my favorite drink (esp in the summer) is vodka, ruby red grapefruit juice (lite) and a splash or 2 of OJ! my 2nd choice would be margarita (on the rocks) I don't care for frozen drinks......BRAIN FREEZE!
Girl, I don't hate vodka! LOL I happen to like it very much, however, it does NOT like my girlfriend that's going with me!
Shark's Nipple recipe 1/4 part Captain Morgan (of course) 1/4 part Mountain Dew (you can use Diet too) 1/2 part cranberry juice Pour rum in over the ice, fill approx to halfway with Mt. Dew, fill with cranberry juice, then mix again.
Midori Sours are good!! Ingredients 2 oz. Midori® Melon Liqueur Sweet & Sour Mix Garnish: Cherry Instructions Pour Midori into a glass with ice. Fill it with sweet and sour.
Tanning Bed Drink 1 1/2 oz Coconut rum (I prefer Bacardi) 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice 1 maraschino Cherry Highball or margarita style glass with ice, pour rum, then pineapple juice and top with a cherry (I like a few drops of the cherry juice too).... Or you can make the above drink a bay breeze by adding 1 oz of cranberry juice with the rum and pineapple juice! Bahama Mama 1/2 oz rum 1/2 oz coconut rum 1/2 oz grenadine 1 oz orange juice 1 oz pineapple juice 1 cup of ice... Blend all in the blender until slushy consistency and enjoy! Never thought how many drinks had vodka until I was trying to think of some with out. LOL Oh... back to my bar-tending day!
