    Perhaps this is how they state things these days and I just haven't noticed, but how come the media is saying "Steve Jobs is dead" rather than "Steve Jobs has passed away"?

    They meant to say "Jobs bill is Dead, Steve Jobs passed away". Two mutually exclusive headlines that got jumbled.
