Best place to buy used tires?

On the way to Wilmington our tire blew,what a big shredded mess! DH is looking to buy a used tire for a spare,thanks!

 

I use "blue flame" on Capitol just after the chinese bufett place, they are super reasonable.

 

personally i would never buy a used tire. you dont know what you are getting

 

There use to be a place on 50 near the intersection of 42/50

I have used these guys many times at each location. $30 mount and balance. Quick and easy. I've never had a problem with a used tire.

The place at 42/50 is called Redd's. Stop by there. They are very good and honest. You won't be disappointed!

 

Murray's Tires just south of Downtown Raleigh. They offer a 30 day guarantee on used tires against defect and also guarantee every tire they sell will pass NC inspection.

Most of their tires are "like new" since they get them from dealerships who've replaced tires on new cars for a customer upgrade.
