We have been long-time customers of Nationwide & have never had issues. However, when we recently bought our daughter an older model car, we were told one thing and billed another. When my H called, they sent him to a "call center" (who knows where). He refused to deal with them & says he will talk to the local rep. If she cannot deliver what she promised, we are thinking of changing.:x
Nationwide is overpriced, we had them for home and cars for over 10 years. We switched to Farm Bureau and couldn't be happier. Our favorite local squirrel (PRM) was great to work with in switching everything over. :hurray:

I get soooo many phone calls and my mailbox is almost slammed full daily from State Farm! It's not just one agent either, but 12 or 13!!! We went with NW, our agent is a family friend. State Farm = Spam.
We also use Farm Bureau. David Knox is our agent. We've had them for 20 years or so. Life, home, and auto insurance. Never had any issues.
