I bought some children's benadry for Jese for when he does his reverse sneezes. It is in liquid form. He ways about 40 lbs. How much of the benadryl do I give him when he starts his reverse sneezes?
When Elvis was a pup we had to use the children's liquid...I don't remember the dosage. Doc said for the adult tablets, go with 1mg per pound, not exceeding the adult recommended 2 tablets (50 mg). He said we could give this 3 times per day. We give it to our babies twice a day because they have been cursed with allergies!
