Email webmaster@jcapl.org OR call the # on their site. Unfortunately since JCAPL organization is strictly volunteer & they all have full time week jobs, its not going to be an immediate response but they do respond back as quick as possible. Sometimes email works better but they do have a phone # that takes messages and gets checked as well (I cannot remember what it is). Good luck.
