I used Devalle Realty a couple of years ago. I was generally satisfied and if I were in need of a buyer's or seller's agent they would definitely be a contender. I referred a friend to them a while back and they seemed to also be satisfied. With that said no matter which realtor you choose, there is not any better substitute for protecting your own interests other than being self educated on real estate matters. It's a jungle out there.....
I bought a house they were repping from the seller. Everything went fine. In fact, the rep actually did a lot of the bucket list items himself when the seller refused. I thought that was pretty cool.
