Does anyone know of a local 40/42-ish place that has a swim team for kids in the 9-10 year old range?

Does anyone know of an outside pool where you don't have to be a member to join the swim team? My kids want an outside pool for the summer but the ones I have looked into require that you be member.
I do not think there is an Outdoor "Day Pool" in Johnston Co. {Where you pay to swim per day} All the ones I know of are Membership Club pools. Turner Farms & Edgebrook are both in Garner, Wake Co. At one time they both allowed Summer Swim Team ONLY members. But you were on the swim team ONLY - you were not allowed to swim as a family at other times. Not sure about this year as these things change. The local summer swim league is the Southern Metro Swim League. "SMSL". The teams are: Turner Farms Edgebrook Flowers Plantation/Pinewoods Club HealthQuest Smithfield SARC Hampton Ridge McGees Glen Laurel Hope this helps.
