Specifically, an attorney named Don Wells has been recommended to me and if any of you could give me your thoughts (good or bad) about him, I'd appreciate it greatly. He charges $200 per hour ~yikes!~ and no free consultation, so I want to know he's worth all that before I walk in the door. (In an earlier post, y'all gave good feedback on Vann Sauls but after calling and having a nice chat with his receptionist, I found out he no longer handles anything domestic.) You guys are the absolute best!
If he's been able to keep you out of the pokey for disseminating the squirrel porn depicted in your profile all these years then he must be good. :jester:
The whole firm is wonderful. Oldest law firm in JoCo. For domestics though, I wouldn't trust anyone but Scott Johnson (also a partner there). I didn't know Don did domestic cases, but I do know that Scott is phenomenal.
