I have tried to post this and not sure if this has worked in different areas of 40/42. Our dog is missing. He wandered off last week. He has wandered off for over night, but not like this. He is around 70lbs and he is a boxer/ yellow lab mix. He has a white chest and white paws. He is also neutered . Freddy is friendly and I know he is cold and hungry. He will probably be looking for a warm place to lie down and something to eat since it is almost now a week he has been gone. He is Micro Chipped and we have contacted the Animal Control with no luck. He lives on Highway 50 and about 2 miles East of 210. Please help me find Freddy. We went looking and handed out flyers and post some too. NO luck yet. Please if you have seen him or have him Pm me or post something. He is old and his owner sure misses his buddy. Sadly the night he went missing he did not have his collar on.I will be checking for anything from anyone whom might have seen him. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all. I hope we will find Freddy. Thank you in advance.
As we ALL know on this board how hard it is to find a dog!!!! I hope you find him quick, it has been so frigid outside at nite, poor thing.
I will be on the lookout for him, but in the meantime, do you have a picture of Freddy you could post? Posting flyers in all the stores in the area, as well as at local vets may help. Keep us updated, and I know that there are a lot of animal lovers who frequent this site, who'll be looking for him!
I live near 210 and will definitely keep an eye out for him, hope you find him soon!! Does he look more like a boxer or a lab?
Freedie is still missing. He looks more in the boxer family. Someone said that they said something about the animal control in JOCO . I put a call into them and left a message and I am looking at the Angier Animal Control too by any luck. Also I will check into Clayton on Monday. I do not know how to post a picture on this website. If someone can help I have a couple that I can put up. Please keep your ears open about the animal control anyone. He is micro chipped also. Thank you and God Bless all for your support and help.
We know how you feel. Just a few months ago our Rat Terrier was missing for a total of 10 days (long story). We finally found her thanks to the good folks on this site. In addition to calling the Animal Control offices, call all the local vets such as: Carolina Crossing: 919-934-7729 Carolina Ranch: 919-662-3200 Post a add on the lost and found section of Craigslist. Try to stay positive, I know its tough. There is a good chance you will find him, dogs are better at surviving than they let on sometimes. We live right off of 50 and we have been and will continue to keep our eyes out as well for you.
Could one of these be your dog? http://raleigh.craigslist.org/laf/4244369777.html http://raleigh.craigslist.org/laf/4242284834.html
I just spotted a medium sized yellow dog running down our street,I tried to follow it and call it but it kept on running,I was too far away to see if it was wearing a collar. I live in Lassiter Place Subdivision on Sallie Drive.
someone in Broadmoor found a dog that looks similar recently. There are signs up in the neighborhood about it. I'll get the number off the sign when I get home and post it unless you have time today to drive to Broadmoor off Cleveland School and check the picture on the flyer.
Could this be Freddy? https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=550540385038581&set=o.167071743352887&type=1&theater
Neighborhood Mom hasn't visited 4042 since December 17th, hopefully that means the dog was found. Although it would be great to get an update!
Still no Freddie" I have not been posting on 4042 about Freddie because we have not found him. I have checked out leads and called the local Vets but not a lead to him. I fear he is gone. I want you all to know I appreciate your support and I am upset with myself because how could this happen. It happened so fast. I hope if someone has him understands he has a master who is older and is very lost without him. I was looking for Freddie for another family. I am sick I did not find him for them. I wish I just could find out who or where he is. I hope everyone will not give up hope, because I sure have not. I just do not know what happened to him. I have looked at every picture and put my private cell number out there on Craig list hoping someone would answer back. I looked at the pet just found on 50 and this dog is also posted on Craiglist too, but it is not Freddie. Please keep him in your prayers that by some fluke he just shows up at the house barking to come in and get warm. We miss you Freddie where are you buddy? Please come home. Thank you everyone for your prayers and your eye's watching out for him. We have not lost hope for you.

Freddie is still gone... I refuse to give up hope. I keep checking all the animal shelters daily and I keep my eyes on the 4042 web family with potential maybe's. I have not given up hope and I hope everyone will not forget him. I have his picture up on FB JOCO animal control for anyone with a hunch or maybe please Pm me or post a possible sighting. He was lost the 1 week of December. He needs to come home please. If you think you have seen him or heard of something please still keep an eye out for him. He is so missed at home. If I find him I will post anything I get about him. I have faith. I do not know what it is but someone said a lot of larger dogs have gone missing in that area. Does anyone have any ideas to point me to go looking. I am not a quitter and I am not going to quit trying to find Freddie. He was lost around Highway 50 and East of 210 about 3 miles down the road. Thank you 4042 family. I feel he will be found still.
