Anyone know what is being built at the intersection of Cleveland School Rd and Shiloh? Looks like it is almost complete but no "Coming Soon" sign... A new restaurant? A new coffee shoppe/bakery? Hoping for something yummy!
So a $150k for a prime lot and metal building to be a thrift store? What bank could approve that business plan? News at 1100 Thrift store closes because of lack of business...
:iagree: I thought the same thing when I heard what it was. Seems like we have plenty of "thrift store" options in this area.
It looks like the small thrift store on 42 across from Love's garage is closed as well. Though I do like to go to the GCF stores and the Salvation Army store in Garner. I'm not too thrilled about the Salvation Army store in Smithfield
Well based on the painting on the building I would've thought it to be a veg/fruit place.. not a thrift store. lol
That was what it tried to be when it originally opened. Then when that wasn't successful it became a small thrift type store. Several vendors all had their own little area to display their merchandise. I noticed the other day that their sign was down, wonder what it will be next.
