What's going on at Chops?

Looks like the for sale sign is gone and barriers put up at both exit and entrances. Did someone buy it? Hope it's not sheetz... Haha

 

Mama ape needs to answer this one she had it listed for sale.

 

Her sign's been down for a pretty good while. I heard that the VFW/American Legion was looking at it. But what do I know???

 

Hey all! There isn't anything new going on with it. It's still owned by the same folks.

 

I will bring this back up, as there has been a lot of activity there the last couple of days.

 

Hi Mgzd! There has been a lot going on the last week or so! Little Stepping Stones used the parking lot for their parent event last week. Also, there was a private party over the weekend.

Unrelated to those events...CHOPS will be hitting the market very soon so you can expect to see varying activity there from time to time.

 

I'd love to see Simple Twist take it over. Maybe a lease-purchase arrangement.

 

That would certainly be fantastic. They are good!
