Good luck on that one. In the last 10-15 years, you could probably count every new indoor mall built in this country on one hand.
I looked at this on a retail construction site, and there has only been 1 enclosed mall built in the US since 2006 (?). That was in Florida.

I wonder in what priority the new businesses across the street will be built. Sheetz Red Robin Panera Zaxby's Blaze Pizza That's a ton of construction. Plus they still have not announced who the big anchor store will be yet. Hopefully it will be a nice supermarket since that area lacks one.
