Just got this in an email from JCC concerning older versions of IE

Microsoft no longer supports versions of Internet Explorer (IE) prior to version 11. This means no patches, security updates or other fixes will be provided for IE browsers prior to version 11. As a result, older versions of the IE browser will become a greater security risk as no updates and patches are provided. This is a courtesy update. It is your responsibility to update your personal computer. To maintain your security level for IE, you are encouraged to update to IE 11. For additional information, please see the link below.

IE 11 came out 2 years ago, and IE 10 was over 3 years ago. You should have upgraded to 11 at least a year ago at this point. Well unless you don't care about security.

Chrome is much more secure and faster than IE. It also automatically keeps your browser up to date, Chrome 47 is the current version.
