I always use Geniune Carpet Cleaner...owner operator, small, local business. 553-4181 or 208-8281. He uses pet-safe, green products. I've never heard of Kleaner Karpets. Hope this helps!

I have not used this carpet cleaner company before, but make sure they are certified, I was told by the manufacture of our carpet, that if we did not use someone that certified to have the carpet cleaned we would void the warranty
