Well you know, when you contribute tens of thousands of dollars to someone's campaign, they will say they support the project but it better not affect my main campaign donor's land. Or maybe just another case of NIMBY. Either way, the economic impact from this project will be huge to the local community. Especially in a community where they are struggling today.
But this is prime farm land that has been in my family for a billion years and we use what we grow there to feed the homeless meth heads right down the street.
If they didn't use meth, there'd be some other reason they are homeless, such as they don't want to work, we'll support the dear addicts!!
And what is not used here is shipped out on the railroad/trucks to make us a profit for next year's planting ......
