What's going on with the old Terrafin building? I've seen lots of contractors around it recently. Is someone going back in there with a restaurant? I remember it being for sale but did they actually sell that parcel?
Someone finally bought it eh? Good luck to them. Hows their FV location as Ive never heard of them before?
We never knew about this place, but plan to check out the FV location in the next week or two. Their menu looks great to us.
I think of it as another food joint. When a place that opens that doesn't server alcohol, do you say "just another soda joint"? Why think of it only as a place that serves beverages when only a fraction of the people that come there will get a beer, the vast majority that come there will buy food.
I have been to another tyler's location. The food was good, reasonable and a large selection of draft beers.
what happened with this? it was pretty busy with construction, but i had not seen much in the last month.
There used to be a Tyler's in downtown Raleigh at Seaboard Station. We liked it and it was very popular. I think I heard that they closed because of lease issues. The one in Fuquay is OK, but the one downtown was bigger and better. Think Carolina Ale house with more variety on the menu.
from the best of my knowledge (limited though it is) they are two different places. The Tyler's Taproom at Seaboard was the same people that have Apex, Durham, and Carrboro. The other is Tyler's Tavern in Fuquay-Varina
