40/42 area power back on?

Has the power and traffic lights turned back on at 40/42 area?

 

I got a secondhand report that part of it was at 6am this morning. Not the whole strip though.

 

Most of it had power, however 42 from Cleveland road through the Cleveland Draft House area still had no power, and most of Drug Store Road as well has no power still.

 

Thank you. I was worried the traffic lights was off.
