The corner lot listed for sale for years now shows "Under Contract" and the lot is full of heavy trucks, machinery, and equipment. I tried searching here to see if there's discussion going on about what's happening, but struck out. Can someone save me the time of searching through Jo Co Commissioner meeting notes and tell me what's planned for that corner? Thanks!
The corner is a separate property from the property that has said under contract for a year or so. I feel like someone is leasing that corner just to use it as storage.
Terry Slate . Duke Lazarra construction.... one in the same. Probably a staging area. Wide open, so less likely to be stolen or damaged, especially with all the traffic there.
