Saw there is a "Coming Soon" sign for Draft & Vine across from Food Lion on Cleveland School Rd. It's in the newer plaza with the fitness center and the daycare by GCAA. Anyone know who is running it or what the concept is? I wish them luck, cause It seems nuts trying to start up a bar or restaurant right now!
