Who is still active here and how often do you check in?

Just curious who is still on here.

Bouncing around North America this site reminds me of North Carolina, so I log in daily but only visit, physically, on weekends.

 

Every few weeks or when i think about it.

 

At least a couple of times a week for local updates in the Discussion Group threads.

 

I check in a couple times a week, the updates about new developments or businesses are very much appreciated.

 

2 to 3 times a week for me

 

I don’t post often but I still check the site daily. Really appreciate 4042 construction info and new business updates.

 

I never really paid attention to it, but lately I noticed the "latest member" is always scsiguru.



I finally clicked on that name and saw it was registered as a member in June 2023. Does that mean the forum hasn't had ANY new members in the past two years?! Is that really possible, or is this site just not being maintained anymore?

Webbie has only posted twice in the past four years.

The "main page" of this site now redirects to Facebook. Someone has been posting occasional links there, even linking back to posts on this forum.

Is this forum on autopilot with no new members being approved?

 

Well that’s a good summarization,

 

I'm Still here. Been here since May 2000. I think this is only the second name I used and I think I've been using my current name since 2002 (I think) I try to check in at least once or twice a day, when I am not working a 12 hour shift.

 

Traveling constantly, I check in every now and then, usually a couple times a day. This is really the only social site I visit, I took a vow years ago to avoid Facebook and when folks post links to them I cannot get, and really don't want access.

 

Check in weekday every morning.

 

Try to check in every few days.
