posting pics from personal document folder

How do you post a picture on here if you are getting it from your personal my document folder?

 

the pic has to already be online and then you link to it with the tags.

 

Racecitync is correct, you cannot do it from your personal file. The very bottom of the page on the following lnk explains how to do it.

The majority of ISPs offer their own free webspace, along with some webmail companies-- MSN's, I think, is one. I've also heard of imageshack, which I think is a free place to host pictures to link.

I've never tried MSN's or imageshack so I can't testify to either. However, I did set up my own little webpage with my ISP, Earthlink. If any of you happen to have earthlink, here's the link to the site where you can set up your own webspace.
