Once again, Bravo for ShellyKing! Without her voice and endless pressure on the County, the Gas Chamber topic would just slide under the carpet like the JCAPL wants it to. For everyone's information, I was informed many moons ago, that the reason that the JCAPL is in favor of the chamber, is that they would rather use the funds for the vet, to promote spay and neuter.
