It's from a State DOT document that is like 200 pages from 1968 I came across. North was not always up, so I rotated the images, that's why they look strange. I think it just shows the primary and secondary roads.
My current driveway was once labeled as a dirt path on state maps. It was the shortest route to the store when D.R. Wells was a youngster.
