I saw 2 dogs running loose on Highway 42 this morning around 7am. I was heading towards 50 almost to Mt. Pleasant rd. There was 1 white fluffy type dog (very dirty though) and 1 beagle looking dog (a little bigger than a normal beagle). They both had collars but only the white dog came to me and didn't have any ID. There was a clip on the collar that looked like the dog had been out on a line and the line broke off. I couldn't bring them to my house and didn't know what else to do so I had to let them go. Luckily they ran off through a field towards the woods so they weren't near the road anymore. Hopefully the owner can find them soon or already has!
