I can not delete stuff and I am having trouble with other items loading... I vaguely recall having to clean something out for it to work better. I have no idea what it is. help?

You really have not provided enough information to begin to offer any reasonable help. can you tell us what mail program you use, what happens when you try to delete a message and any other info you can provide.
