4042 Scratch and Win

I tried 10 times. No winning ticket today. I guess I will try again tomorrow. Any winners from the Discussion Group yet?

 

I just won, ahem, I mean my DH (cause it's his email address, lol) just won "something" from D&L Designs, but I'll have to wait till he gets home and checks his email to find out what it is, lol....

 

do you have to match 2 numbers or just one of the 2?

I thought I won, but the message said I didn't win????? I clicked all four blocks and I got a number matched. I don't get it? Maybe I clicked all four instead of one each game?

 

Sorry about the confusion on the Scratch n' Win game....here's a little explanation that should help.

1. To get to the game, visit the Home page on 4042.com and scroll down...you'll see the link right above the Find It Local section.

2. The next page that comes up shows all the available prizes (we've got a LOT of prizes available!), as well as the spot for you to enter your e-mail address.

Note - you must provide a valid e-mail address. If you win, the system will automatically send you a prize notification. If your e-mail isn't correct, then you won't receive the notification and therefore can't collect your prize!

Also note that the e-mail address you provide is only used for this game. It won't be used for any other purpose and won't result in any SPAM being sent to you from 4042.com. (Believe us...we hate SPAM waaaay more than you do!)

3. Once you have entered your e-mail address, your first "scratch card" is displayed. On it are TWO numbers, and FOUR spaces for you to scratch off.

Behind each scratch off image is a number. To play a card, you scratch off all four blocks. To win, BOTH numbers must be matched with the ones you scratch off. A single match does not result in a win.

4. If you win, the system will immediately display a "YOU WON" notice and mail the details on how to claim your prize to your e-mail address. If your card does not win, then you can play again, and again...up to the daily limit (which is currently set at ten cards.)

Once you reach your limit of scratch cards, the system will display a message informing you of this. You can come back the next day and play an additional ten cards. Come on back and play everyday!! :-D

We started out this current Scratch n' Win contest with a total of 181 prizes so there are LOTS of chances to WIN!

I think the "Scratch and Sniff" game is sorta like the cheerleaders at the Civitan ballgame on Clif's 'Blog'. Webbie's got it RIGGED so only his Daddy will win! :lol:
