My boys had their 6 month cleanings last week. They did not get the bag with a new toothbrush etc. Is this something Riccobene not longer does or did the hygenist just forget? I did not realize it until we were home and it is no big deal--I just found it curious and was wondering if anyone knew if this was the new policy or a mistake.
Those items are generally paid for by toothpaste and toothbrush companies. And for many of them, giving away a toothbrush costs them..the cost of the brush, cost to personalize it, and loss of a sale at retail.
