Does anyone know if there are adult baseball leagues in Johnston County and where do we go to find out? Either for fun or for competition. Thanks. I just finished college and want to stay active.
Yes there is, its an adult league that plays in Wake and Johnston but can travel to just about anywhere. Ive played it for 4 years, it was a 35 and older league and using wood bats. They do have younger. We played in the minor league stadium in Burlington once as well as the old Durham Bulls Athletic Park (the original). For the life of me i cant recall the name of it (been out of it a few years) but im looking for ya.
Ok, Super, I am only 22 so I appreciate what you can tell me. Is there anything out there out of CAA or McGEE's for my age. I guess I could contact the parks and recreation dept. in Smithfield and Clayton also.
