From the Smithfield-Selma Chamber of Commerce: It has been brought to my attention by a local real estate firm that there is a company in town calling on local companies and promoting themselves as the Johnston County Relocation Guide and are currently taking space reservations and credit card numbers for payment. We are investigating. Please know that Mark Boyd, Don Holland, and Ryan Hunter are the only salespeople employed by the Johnston/Southern Wake County Relocation Guide at this time and that anyone else claiming to be a representative from "Relocation Guide" is being deceptive. Please help me get the word out. Below is a link to a lawsuit against this company which goes by All Star Publishing or Loyalty Publishing.
