I know there were testimonials on the website. Since I'm looking for a more personal opinion I was wondering if anyone here has used them. I'm not one to talk on the phone so I went to the website because the ad indicated "FREE Online Estimate Online Savings". I inputed all my information (last week) and haven't heard back. I was really hoping to get my carpets cleaned before I put up the Christmas tree but it'll now have to wait until it comes down on New Year's Day. Since I'm only looking for an estimate, I didn't think it would take long to figure out an estimate to clean carpets for a 17x15 and a 10x12 room. I guess I'll wait a little longer before moving on. (Yes, I realize I can call but I really hate the thought of calling because it always seems to take longer to get an estimate.) Thanks in advance.
Sorry.. can't help you with the co. you are looking for info about. BUT, if you want a second estimate, you should give Chem-Dry of Johnston Co. a call. They were did a super job when we bought our house, and even left us with a great bottle of spot remover. (the previous owners didn't so much as vaccuum after they moved everything out... we made them throw in a carpet cleaning, and this was who our realtor recommended) They are listed on the front page at the bottom, they are new advertisers to 4042.com.
