Not this area but still pretty close. I would be sick with worry if my dog got loose near these busy roads.

Hmm, I don't know but since this
shows up now when you click the link I hope that means they did. I sure hope they found her alive and well, unlike the family of that poor little Schnauzer a while back.

I just tried to take my girls and dog on a nice walk and we saw a dead dog on the side of the road. It was skin and bones and knowing my area, probably noone was looking for it. Why do some people have to be so mean and irresponsible? Sorry to be depressing but I had to get it out somewhere.

Sometimes I don't think it's always a case of irresponsibility, accidents just happen. I had two dogs stolen from my yard before, never had one run away or get out of our contained yard but I'm sure this can happen. My sister had a chocolate lab that was famous for his big escapes, very smart dog and could find a way out of anything when he willed it, could open up the oven door and did on many occassions if she left the dinner warming. I've seen dogs jump a 5 ft. fence before, which is no small feat. A child inadvertently opens the door and there goes the dog. Bad things just happen sometimes.

aww I didn't know the Schnauzer was deceased. His family really loved him - i think. they tried so hard to find him.
