I'm watching and getting excited! I'm weird, but love this kind of stuff...as long as no one gets hurt or loses a home. But it is wild out there, looks like it's going to miss us though. Bummer, I was hoping for some excitement around here! My son was trying to figure out how the 4 of us plus dog and cat were gonna fit in our tiny powder room. I told him we'd go into the laundry room it's bigger.
I'm like you, I love stuff like this..again as long as no one gets hurt.. yeah my daughter is the same way, 3 dogs, 2 cats and 6 birds.. Sheri
Driving was interesting at times. Thanks to all of those that drove as if the roads were dry and visibility was 10 miles or more, your consideration was boundless.
I keep DHs closet cleaned out for the me and the kids... he's usually at work when all the fun starts. We have an "open floor plan" and there is no hallway or center room. His closet is the center most part of the house.. and less cluttered than mine. I always have the cell phone, a flash light and a radio handy in there. ... I get skeered.
I heard that there was a tornado in Flowers? My brother called and said that was what the news was announcing.
I went to the area near Flower Hill and Antioch Fire department. There was a power line down and trees uprooted on Antioch Church Rd. Fire department was damaged. Lots of news crews there. about 5 miles from Flowers Plantation.
Sometimes I think you and I lead the same lives...it's funny, we've never even met, but I feel like I know you!
My inlaws live off the rd that the tornando hit in Wilson and it was bad bad last night! I have never seen such destruction in person before.
I know right..for all we know, we have passed many times..come to find yesterday that one of the girls coming to my dd birthday party, me and her mom have met at my work and other places..we just never contected the girls..weird.
DH came in from scouts with DS at about 7:45 last night and looked pretty wild-eyed, LOL. It looked very scary out my way, towards Archer Lodge. Freaky clouds.
