    HI,

Now I am looking for a female doctor (ob/gyn or family or general) for me. Someone I can go to for yearly appointments and in between if I happen to get sick. Got someone for my daughter and son, got the dentist, the eye doctor and a hairdresser. Now just looking for a good female doc for me. You guys have any suggestions for in the Clayton/Garner area? Or not too far into Raleigh?

    Thanks!

I like Dr. Wanda Godfrey at Wake Urgent Care and Family Clinic, at 40/42 near Just Tires. 919-329-5000. Her card says she's "Board Certified in Family Medicine." I always see her, not a PA, when I go in for regular appointments, but I have seen a PA there on occasion when I went in without an appointment, (pulled a slapstick comedy routine with a garden rake, gave myself a black eye and a big gash on the forehead) and that was fine also.

    Dr Evans

I go to Southeast Women's Center in Smithfield and see Dr Evans. I love her. I've never had an appt with the other doctors but I've heard they're relly good too. It's OB/GYN,,,,not sure if you can go there for "sick visits" unless it is OB/GYN related. I have another doctor I use for that so I've never bothered to ask.
