This may sound like a dumb question to some of you, so here goes. Does anyone know what it means to write words in Building Block Style? My son is in 1st grade and has to write his Spelling Words in Building Block Style. Can't get in touch with his teacher....in a meeting. I am greatful for any help. Been a long time since school and sure don't remember that phrase.
Building block style means like this: Example word: School You would do this: S Sc Sch Scho Schoo School Hope that helps! My son in Kindergarten had to do this not long ago also. 8)
You are welcome. I just hope that's correct. I know my sons teacher gave us an example and that was the one given on how to do it. If it's by chance wrong then I apologize.
