Most junior colleges have IT academies that offer courses that are less expensive than these private schools. I don't have any first hand experience with the company that you linked. I have been apart of the interview team when hiring for IT positions, and I usually prefer experience over certifications for entry level positions. I would expect one of the private schools to offer internships or job placement assistance if you are going to pay a premium.
