I sure hope that I am wrong, but it just seems strange that there have been so many animals come up missing lately...

Here are just the ones posted here:

Our puppies were lost or taken from our yard. We are on dirt road off of Government Rd in Clayton. Both are 5 months old, or so. One is a Pit Bull pup, red brindle female. Her name is Kia. The other is an Australian Shepherd, blue merle, male. He is very distinctive, as his head is completely white and the body is the merle color. Please contact if you see or know the whereabouts of the pups.

Its a sad day when this occurs .. with that said, just

want to remind/let known about the Clayton shelter ... don't forget to check there on any lost furbabies.

This is the shelter that Clayton Police, if find a stray, will take the animal. Being how animals can travel, if they are near Clayton city limits, then this shelter may have and waiting for owner to claim...

This is NOT JCAC so don't get them confused. And the below is only open by appt. Durham Street is right off hwy 70 in Clayton.

    720 Durham St
    Clayton, NC 27520

And I don't think its so much more & more animals getting lost, I think its more people getting aware that 4042 web site exists so more resources to post other then paper/craigs list.
